Professor Goh Chee Leok
Professor Goh is currently a Senior Consultant Dermatologist at the National Skin Centre, Clinical Professor of the Faculty of Medicine of the National University of Singapore, as well as Adjunct Professor of the Duke-NUS Post Grad Med School and LKC Medicine, NTU. He was the Medical Director of the National Skin Centre, Singapore between 1990 and 2004. His interests are in contact and occupational dermatitis, dermatological and laser surgery and medical informatics.
In 1982, he trained at St John’s Hospital London, under the late Prof C Calnan and Drs E Cronin and R Rycroft. He also spent time with the late Professor Niels Hjorth in Gentofte Hospital, Copenhagen, Denmark, with Prof S Fregert in Lund, Sweden and with the late Prof J Wahlberg in Stockholm. He is a past President of the Environmental and Occupational Dermatology Society of Singapore.
Professor Goh is a former member of editorial board of the Contact Dermatitis and former international editorial board member of the Archives of Dermatology and Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. He has published more than 300 scientific papers in peer reviewed journals and contributed numerous chapters to many general dermatology and occupational dermatology textbooks.
